Every tragwerk2.0 is built in a true small series — one by one, with precision, care, and a clear design philosophy.

We create our mechanical watches inside a former railway keeper’s house from 1890, located just outside Frankfurt, Germany. The historic building has been thoughtfully transformed into a compact but complete watchmaking workshop — bringing together all the essential crafts under one roof.

Here, you’ll find goldsmith benches, a traditional watchmaker’s atelier, dedicated stations for dial and hand production — including in-house titanium anodizing and pad printing, a design studio as well as a full milling and lathe workshop for machining raw titanium parts.

Everything is purpose-built. Everything is done in-house. And everything exists for one reason: to give us full control over how each watch is made — from raw material to finished timepiece.

Every part is deburred, polished, and finished by hand — down to the smallest edge — by our master goldsmith. You’ll feel that difference the moment you pick up the watch.

The tragwerk2.0 is our answer to a simple question: How do you merge engineering logic with genuine craftsmanship — and create a timepiece that isn’t just worn, but kept?

Nature doesn’t just build beautifully – it builds ingeniously!

As an engineer, Matthias Kieser reimagined the principles of bionics and translated them into a watch case that combines lightness, strength, and architectural elegance.

Inspired by the dragonfly, the tragwerk2.0 features our signature exoskeleton design — now produced for the first time using 3D-printed titanium. The result: a structure that protects like armor, but remains strikingly lightweight, open, and refined.

The case is made from Grade 5 titanium — robust, hypoallergenic, and ultra-durable — including the screw-down caseback, engraved with our signature 3D dragonfly motif. A subtle reference to our origins.

Another highlight: the deep blue titanium dial, created through in-house anodizing and precisely machined with over 250 individual hexagonal cells. It reflects light with a vibrant, almost iridescent quality — much like the compound eye of a dragonfly.

Our Warranty

Every watch is handcrafted in our Frankfurt manufacture with the aim to be a lifelong companion. Before leaving us, each piece undergoes thorough inspection, testing, and fine adjustment.

Our warranty covers:

• Material and manufacturing defects under normal use

• Coverage of shipping costs in case of warranty

Not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., straps)
